As the Walksnail Avatar born, we've always been constantly collecting market's feedback and suggestions. In the new generation of research and development, we fully consider each function for customers like HDMI input and CVBS input (AV IN interface).
Meanwhile, we have also optimized wider pupil adjustment range, improved optical clarity, suitable for different people's face shapes, and we are committed at developing the APP, which can realize firmware upgrades, fc adjustment, social media sharing, without cumbersome computer operations.
In order to reduce the user's cost of HD system, we designed the upper part of the goggles to be removable, make sure the receiving module can be replaced, so that you can maintain the latest without replacing the goggles every year.

A: In order to give pilots a better experience, the optical part of the goggles requires a longer production time, And the goggles are produced in lower quantities. Currently, each order will be shipped within 5 working days.
Q: Do you provide the heatsink when purchasing the Goggles X or is it a separate transaction?
A: No need to purchase Heatsink separately, Goggles X is the latest heatsink.

Tracking number not updated?
1. If it is DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT, usually we send the package to the logistics provider, and then there will be a tracking number the next day, which indicates that the package has been shipped; if the information is not updated within 3 days, please contact: service@caddxfpv.com
2. If you choose standard delivery, you will usually receive the tracking number first, and then we will deliver it to the logistics provider the next day. When the tracking number is updated with a second piece of information, which indicates that the package has been shipped, as shown below :

Taxes and other charges
