Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation


1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled before shipment (usually within 1-2 business days). Please contact us at service@caddxfpv.com to request a cancellation. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

2.2 CaddxFPV-Initiated Cancellation:
● We may cancel your order under the following circumstances:The product is unavailable, and we have not received a response from you within 7 days after attempting contact.
●The order is flagged as high risk by PayPal or the credit card provider. To protect your payment security, we will proactively cancel such orders.
●Shipping is unavailable to your location. If we cannot deliver to your address, the order will be canceled.

2.3 Refund Processing Time:

Disputed Orders Orders under dispute cannot be refunded until the dispute is canceled. Please close the dispute to allow us to process the refund.

2. Returns & Refunds

2.1 Customers who purchase products directly from the CaddxFPV Official Website may return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (except for activated products).
2.2 Refunds apply only to products purchased from CaddxFPV’s Official Online Store. If you purchased through an authorized dealer, distributor, retailer, or third-party channel, please contact the original seller directly.
2.3 If you are returning for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
2.4 If you are returning due to DOA (Dead on Arrival) or product quality issues, CaddxFPV will cover the return shipping cost. However, international return shipping costs due to personal reasons are not covered by CaddxFPV.
2.5 All returns must include the complete product and accessories and be shipped via a traceable method. Untraceable returns will not be accepted.
2.6 Refunds will be processed after the returned goods are received and inspected. Any additional fees will be deducted from the refund.

3. Exchanges

If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, you may return the defective unit for replacement.
3.1 For quality-related issues reported within 30 days of purchase, CaddxFPV will cover both outbound and return shipping costs. If the exchange is requested for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping, while CaddxFPV will cover the shipping cost for sending out the replacement.
3.2 For quality-related issues reported after 30 days, you are responsible for shipping the item back to CaddxFPV, and we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement. If the exchange is due to personal reasons, you must cover both outbound and return shipping.
3.3 If the product was taken outside of the original purchase country/region, you will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping for the exchange.
3.4 CaddxFPV is not responsible for any taxes, handling fees, customs duties, VAT, or other charges incurred during the exchange process.
3.5 For products purchased through authorized dealers, distributors, retailers, or third-party channels, please contact your original seller directly for exchange services.

4. Return Process

All product return requests (RMA) must be authorized by CaddxFPV Technical Support. The process is as follows:
4.1 CaddxFPV Technical Support will diagnose the issue and issue an RMA authorization once confirmed.
4.2 You must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an original invoice or receipt, showing the purchase date, model, quantity, and seller.
4.3 A warranty solution confirmation email will be sent to your registered email.
4.4 Please confirm the solution as outlined in the email.
4.5 Ship the product back to the specified CaddxFPV warehouse address and upload the tracking number and shipping receipt via the warranty service page.
4.6 Once the returned item is received and inspected, CaddxFPV will proceed with a refund or replacement.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 CaddxFPV is not responsible for any third-party costs, including but not limited to installation, disassembly, shipping, customs duties, or VAT.
5.2 CaddxFPV is not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, property damage, or lost profits.
5.3 CaddxFPV is not responsible for unauthorized returns. Products that do not meet return standards may be subject to extra replacement charges.
5.4 This warranty is governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the country or region where the product was purchased. Additional rights may vary by country or region.

6. Additional Notes

6.1 For DOA or quality issues reported within 30 days of purchase, CaddxFPV will offer a prepaid return shipping label (products must be shipped back within 15 days once the label is issued) or you may pay for shipping upfront and request a reimbursement after we receive the product. The maximum reimbursable shipping cost varies by product value — for details, please contact service@caddxfpv.com.
6.2 Cash-on-delivery (COD) and in-person returns to our warehouse are not accepted.
6.3 All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Incorrectly returned or unrelated personal items do not qualify for refund or exchange and will not be returned.
6.4 All returns must be sent via traceable shipping. If no tracking information is available and the product is not received, CaddxFPV reserves the right to deny the refund or replacement and is not liable for lost packages.
