1. Warranty Policy
CaddxFPV offers a simple and convenient warranty service, making the process easy and efficient for you.Please refer to the table below for the warranty period of different products. The limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects the statutory warranty provided by law:

2. What is covered by this warranty?
This warranty only applies to CaddxFPV & Walksnail products purchased for personal use and not for resale. CADDXFPV guarantees that, under normal use, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, the warranty start date will be calculated as 30 days after the device’s factory production date.
3. The conditions to qualify under the free warranty service:
3.1 The product has been used normally within the specified warranty period and has no signs of external damage.
3.2 The product has not undergone any unauthorized disassembly, modification, or addition beyond what is recommended in the official product guide.
3.3The product has not experienced any accidental damage.
3.4 You are able to provide valid proof of purchase.
What is not covered by this warranty?
3.5 Damage caused by unauthorized (not included in the official product manual) modification, disassembly, opening of the product and or attempted repairs;
3.6 Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
3.7 Damage caused by the use of third-party components or products;
3.8 Accidental damage (for example, the product is dropped or suffers water damage);
3.9 Product failure or damage caused by major incident or natural disaster (for example, fire, earthquake, lightning etc.)
3.10 Damage due to incorrect installation, use and or operation of product not in accordance with the official product manual;
3.11 Damage during upgrade/repair services carried out by anyone other than walksnail representatives;
3.12 Defects caused by normal wear or aging;
3.13 Damage caused by improper use of battery packs and chargers;
3.14 If the product’s serial number has been removed or smeared and no valid proof of purchase can be provided.
