At CaddxFPV, our mission is to provide high-quality FPV accessories to pilots around the world at truly affordable prices, so you can fully enjoy the thrill of FPV flying.
We offer free shipping for orders over $299.
2. Important Information Before Shipping
When placing an order, please ensure that your real name, delivery address, and valid contact information are filled in accurately to help us arrange a timely shipment.
If you have any special shipping requirements, please contact our pre-sales support team in advance via email: service@caddxfpv.com
Before making payment, please carefully double-check your shipping details. If you make an error due to personal oversight, contact our support team as soon as possible — we’ll try our best to coordinate with the courier, but please note:
1) Once the package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address change requests will be successful. Any risks or additional costs caused by modifying the address after dispatch must be borne by the customer.
2) If the customer provides an incorrect address, resulting in the loss of the package or inability to retrieve it, the customer will bear the loss. CaddxFPV will not replace or refund the order.
CaddxFPV is not responsible for delays or returns caused by the following circumstances:
1) Delivery delays due to remote locations or inconvenient transportation.
2) Delivery issues caused by the buyer (e.g., address changes, incomplete or incorrect address, unreachable contact, refusal to accept, or absence of a recipient).
3) Shipping delays caused by air security checks or rerouting to ground transportation.
4) Delivery delays due to access restrictions (e.g., couriers not allowed to enter the premises, weekends or public holidays).
5) Delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to: air or ground traffic system disruptions, communication system failures, government actions, postal policy changes, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, dense fog, and similar unforeseen events.
3. Order Processing and Shipping Time
3.1 Orders placed on weekdays: Typically processed and shipped the next day.
3.2 Orders placed on weekends: Usually shipped within 2 working days.
3.3 Orders during public holidays: Generally shipped within 2-3 days after resuming work, following the order of purchase.
3.4 Pre-sale items: Delivery time depends on production and supply. If you want to split the shipment of available and pre-sale products, please contact us at: service@caddxfpv.com
3.5 Remote areas or islands: Delivery may take an additional 5-10 days. You can also contact us at service@caddxfpv.com to confirm delivery availability. If your address is classified as remote by the carrier, even if you chose free shipping, we may contact you to pay extra shipping fees. If delivery is impossible, we will refund your order.
3.6 Battery shipments: Orders containing standalone batteries will be shipped separately. Due to customs regulations, some countries or remote regions prohibit the shipping of standalone batteries. If we cannot ship batteries to your location, we will notify you. Express services like DHL prohibit standalone battery shipments, but devices containing up to two batteries (like drones) are allowed. Devices with built-in batteries (such as transmitters or goggles) can be shipped without restriction.

4. Shipping Process
4.1 For DHL FedEx or UPS shipments: We first send the package to the logistics provider. The next day, we receive the tracking number and upload it to the order page — this indicates the package has been shipped. If the tracking number shows no updates within 3 days, please contact service@caddxfpv.com.
4.2 For Standard Shipping: The tracking number is usually generated first, and the package is handed to the logistics provider the following day. When the second update appears in the tracking system, it indicates the package has been officially shipped.
5. Notes
5.1 If you haven’t received your package 15 days after shipment, please contact service@caddxfpv.com.
5.2 If your country’s customs are strict, we recommend choosing Standard Shipping.
5.3 Orders with DHL/FedEx/UPS express shipping will be prioritized for processing and dispatch when purchasing the same product.
5.4 Our warehouse conducts inventory checks on the first and last day of each month — no orders will be processed or shipped on these days.
5.5 We process orders Monday through Friday. Messages sent over weekends may not receive a prompt reply. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Countries or Regions Requiring Special Attention:
For orders from the following countries or regions, specific address information is required. Inaccurate information may result in delivery failure or delays:
Germany: Complete street address and house number required.
Japan: Full street address and house number must be provided in Japanese; no numerical abbreviations allowed.
Australia: Correct postal code matching the city is required; use this link to check: https://auspost.com.au/postcode .
Hong Kong/Macau: Address and name must be written in Traditional Chinese.
Taiwan: Address and name must be written in Traditional Chinese, and an ID number is required for customs clearance.
South Korea: Customs clearance code, Korean name, and phone number are required. Apply here if you don’t have one: https://unipass.customs.go.kr/csp/index.do
Brazil: CPF tax ID must be included in the shipping address.
Chile: Tax ID must be provided.
India: Adhaar card, PAN card, or KYC number required. For business orders, a tax ID is required.
South Africa: ID number is required for delivery.
Turkey: ID number is required for delivery.
P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO Addresses: Shipments to these addresses may be refused.

7.1 Your shipping confirmation email will include your tracking number and order details.

8. Taxes and Additional Fees
8.1 Depending on the delivery country, you may be required to pay additional taxes or fees, such as VAT and/or import duties.
1) We generally ship to most countries — if you are unsure, please contact us.If you choose Standard Shipping, taxes are usually included (excluding remote areas and special cases).
2) If you choose DHL/FedEx/UPS, extra taxes will apply, but delivery is faster.
8.2 If you encounter an error stating that shipping to your address is unavailable, please contact us so we can verify and adjust the shipping zones for you.

9. Q&A
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn’t been shipped, you can cancel it. If it has already been shipped, please contact service@caddxfpv.com after receiving the package for return and refund assistance.
Q: I haven’t received a tracking number yet.
A: If you haven’t received your tracking number within 7 business days after placing your order, please contact service@caddxfpv.com.
Q: My tracking number hasn’t been updated.
A: If your tracking number only shows the first three updates and hasn’t changed after 7 days, the package might be lost or misplaced at the logistics warehouse.
If the tracking number has more than three updates but no new updates after 7 days, the package might be: waiting for a flight, intercepted, returned, lost, delayed due to strikes, or other unexpected events. Please contact service@caddxfpv.com for clarification.
Q: Do I need to pay taxes on my order?
A: For Standard Shipping, taxes are usually included (excluding remote areas and special cases). For DHL, FedEx or UPS shipments, taxes are not included, but delivery is faster.
Q: How can I change my order before shipping?
A: If you need to change the product or address, please contact service@caddxfpv.com within 24 hours of placing the order on working days. During holidays, due to the volume of inquiries, please contact us again within 24 hours after we resume work to confirm whether changes are still possible.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order has been shipped?
A: Unfortunately, once the package is shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
Q: Under what circumstances will CaddxFPV cancel an order?
A:
1) The product is out of stock, and the customer does not reply within 7 days.
2) The order is flagged as high-risk by the credit card bank or PayPal. For your card security, the order will be canceled.
3) No shipping method is available to your location. We will inform you and cancel the order.
