Eligibility: You should be an owner of Goggles X and purchased from www.caddxfpv.com. You can claim one extension board for one Goggles X.
If you purchase from the our dealers, please contact them directly to claim your Goggles X extension board.
Step 1: Purchase your Goggles X Extension Board
Please purchase your Goggles X Extension Board. The extension board is free, but you will need to pay for shipping fee to your location.

We have this form as a verification process to verify your information. If we verify your information from this form, we will send your extension board to you. If the verification failed, we will refund you your shipping fee.
Note:
- Pilots can receive it for free before March 1, 2025. Each Goggles X can receive one external module for free, only available for users who purchased Goggles X before October 2024.
- If you buy a Goggles X after October 2024, you will need to pay for the external module if you need it. Normally, when using analog functions, you need to use an analog receiver bay, and the external module can do just that; if you only use the head tracking function, the new Goggles X already has this function.
- If you need to upgrade, you need to purchase an upgrade cable separately.(No upgrade required at this time)
- Regarding the 3.5mm audio cable, if you don't have it, you need to buy it separately.

Your equipment may be coming from Shenzhen, China, depending on the equipment purchased. Your specific delivery date will depend on the dispatch country and delivery address.
If you can't place an order, it doesn't mean we can't ship to your address, it may be caused by platform issues, please contact us.
Most orders are eligible for free shipping for orders over $299. If the product is relatively large, such as goggles, we will not offer free shipping . Thank you for your understanding.

- Usually according to the address, the delivery time is a little different, the above is the average delivery time we send to the local country.
- If the address where the order is placed is considered by the logistics provider to be a remote area, you need to pay the shipping fee again, and if the address that cannot be delivered, a refund will be made.

- If you are a country with strict customs, please choose standard shipping.
- In the case of purchasing the same product, we will give priority to processing and delivery to customers who choose DHL/FedEx/TNT/UPS(Expedited Shipping).
- On the first and last day of each month, our warehouse will check the inventory and will not process orders and deliveries.
- We usually process orders and shipments from Monday to Friday. If you send us any messages on weekends, you may not get a timely response. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Countries to watch out for:
3.1 For orders from below countries or regions below, address information has specially required. Please carefully read the following information. Incorrect information may result in unsuccessful delivery and delays in receiving your package.
Germany: Please ensure that the street address and house number information is provided in full. Omissions are not allowed.
Japan: Please provide the full street address and house number information in Japanese. Abbreviations with only numbers are not permitted.
Australia: Please provide the correct postal code that matches the city, and ensure that the city name is written correctly without any omissions or abbreviations. Search postcodes for all suburbs and locations around Australia here. (https://auspost.com.au/postcode)
Hong Kong or Macao: Please fill address and name in Chinese (traditional).
Taiwan: Please fill address and name in Chinese (traditional), and provide personal ID number due to Customs requirement.
South Korea: Customs clearance code, Korean name and phone number are required, and these information need to be consistent with the registration information.You can apply for it from the below link if you do not have one. https://unipass.customs.go.kr/csp/index.do
Brazil: Please provide your tax number (CPF) in your address.
Chile: Please provide your individual tax number in your address.
India: Please provide your Adhaar Card/Pan Card/KYC number in your address. Provide tax number if you place order as company.
South Africa: Please provide your ID before we can ship.
Turkey: Please provide ID number for delivery
PO Boxes/APO/FPO Addresses: Shipments to PO Boxes, APO, FPO may be declined.
3.2 We do recommend allowing up to 3 weeks for your order in peak times, such as a special offer、promotion or new product . Delivery times are beyond our control but rest assured, we only work with reliable manufacturers and suppliers to provide you with the best possible service.
4. How do I track my order?
4.1 Your delivery confirmation email will contain your tracking number and order details.

5. Tracking number not updated?
5.1 If it is DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT, usually we send the package to the logistics provider, and then there will be a tracking number the next day, which indicates that the package has been shipped; if the information is not updated within 3 days, please contact: service@caddxfpv.com
5.2 If you choose standard delivery, you will usually receive the tracking number first, and then we will deliver it to the logistics provider the next day. When the tracking number is updated with a second piece of information, which indicates that the package has been shipped, as shown below :

6. Taxes and other charges
6.1 Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.We can normally deliver products to most countries, if you are not sure, please contact us.
- If you choose the standard shipping option, the package is tax-included (suitable for most areas, except for remote areas and special cases)
- If you choose DHL/FedEx/TNT/UPS shipping, you need to pay extra tax, but the delivery is faster.
6.2 If it shows that it cannot be delivered to the delivery address you filled in, please contact me, and I will re-check and set the corresponding regional delivery content.
